All of the packages include the DynoJet PV3 for self flashing, data viewing, and allows for gauge customization and monitoring. Also included; industry leading 1050CC motorsport injectors. These are NOT generic OE style injector upgrades. These injectors cost more but ensure reliable fueling and proper tuning from machine to machine.
We have developed tunes for 91 and 93 octane as well as a little spike of race gas if applicable. We have successfully tested 10 gallons of 91 octane mixed with one bottle (32oz) of VP Octanium Octane Booster on our race gas tunes. This has also been tested on our Can-Am X3 platform in the desert under extreme conditions.
These tunes do require adjusting the wastegate crack pressure. We increased crack pressure to 9 PSI. Important to note; adjusting the wastegate too much can prevent movement in the wastegate diaphragm/rod. This will not allow the boost controller to control boost. Make sure that the arm can still move roughly an inch at the wastegate.
The tune and engine package produces the best results at 7900 RPM +/-50 RPM.
There are many clutch kits out there. We have had good results with simply dropping in ZRP clutch arms. Clutching will change with elevation, weight of machine, track modifications, weight of driver, ect. The Power Vision is a strong tool which allows you to log a run and review on a laptop and a very resourceful tool when trying to dial in your clutching. Generally with our clutch arms for the 93 octane tune we start with 2 large magnets in the heel.
